Returns

We hope you love your purchase but incase of change of mind, Wilx offers a 7 day return policy from the delivery date on all full priced items in exchange for a store credit with a 24 month validity. If you wish to return an item please email us at wilxthelabel@outlook.com with your name, order number & item name. 

Your item must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and tags still in place. Wilx reserves the right to reject a return if the item appears worn or not in original packaging. Please post the item with tracking as wilx is not liable for any items that may go missing during transit and the return can only be processed once the item has been received back. 

Please note, we do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. 

​In addition, please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Faulty or Damaged? 

We are so sorry if you have received an item that is potentially faulty!

Please contact us immediately within 7 days at wilxthelabel@outlook.com with your name, order number and photos of the products fault so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

Please note as a small business we are only able to offer refunds if a product is in fact faulty, (this excludes general wear and tear & incorrect garment care).
